Activities around Pech Sirech
on the river
Pech Sirech is just ten minutes from the wonderful River Lot (you can see it from the kitchen window!). Each village on the river has a place from which you can hire kayaks, canoes and motorboats for an hour or half a day. Copeyre Quercyland in Puy l'Evêque is the closest one - 10 minutes’ drive from the house.
Cycling and running
The area is full of roads and paths, perfect for cycling and running. Take plenty of water and courage because the hills of the Causses de Quercy are not for the faint hearted!
The Ciruit des 7 Eglises starts in Puy l’Eveque – a 25km journey which takes in 7 beautiful churches around Puy l’Eveque.

The Causses de Quercy are among the most beautiful hills in France, and an equestrian centre less than 10 minutes from Pech Sirech allows you to explore them in style! There are similar such centres all around the area.
